Restaurant Review | A Little Pizza Heaven

Hiiii everyone !

It's been while! I'm currently visiting family in Winnipeg, and at midnight on a Wednesday, I was obviously looking for something to eat. Hoping there was something other than a fast food place open, we stumbled upon A Little Pizza Heaven

Serving pizza, calzones, wings and salad, we decided to try it out. Talk about popular. This is clearly the place to be on late nights. Walking in, it's a cute little shop with tables for dining in. There's a large menu printed on the wall and an adorable chalkboard menu behind the counter. Considering we were hungry and it was late, we just grabbed two slices and a drink.

Reasonably priced with good service, we sat down to enjoy our food. We tried the pineapple feta and the tomato feta - damn they were good! Thin slices of pizza, crispy on the bottom, not too greasy, and nice and cheesy. Now I'm not a fan of pizza crust, but this one was thin, crunchy, and tasted a bit like garlic bread - an interesting change from a  regular plain crust. The pizza was delicious and full of flavour, I didn't even need any dipping sauce! Next time I'm there, I need to try one of their specialty pizzas. Perhaps their jerk chicken pizza?

Needless to say, I loved every bit of this place. If you're ever in the area and love pizza, I would definitely recommend trying A Little Pizza Heaven! They're available for dining in, taking out or delivery.
