As a vegetarian, I felt it quite necessary to watch this
documentary. I was immediately intrigued by the title. This documentary
definitely pushes veganism more than vegetarianism, but it’s very informative
about both. Even if you have no intention to ever stop eating meat, I’d still
recommend this documentary because it’s just so important to know these facts
about food itself, health, the food industry and the treatment of factory farm
animals. It’s definitely one to watch!
