Hello! It's April (aka Earth Month), which means EARTH DAY is around the corner! Earth Hour just passed (on March 28th) and we hope you all participated! With Earth Day coming up, we wanted to bring you some eco-friendly fashion and beauty products!

Making sure the earth and - everything that inhabits it - is happy and healthy should be a top priority for all of us! and while that might not be a TOTALLY plausible scenario in today's day and age (even though, it really is - renewable resources anyone?), we have to do everything we can to make sure we get as close to that as possible!

I really wanted to do some shoots when I got back to Canada - this is one of my favourite areas of the city I grew up in. It's called Streetsville in Mississauga, it's so lovely and one of the oldest parts of Mississaugaa with cute shops and dainty cafés. It's a must-see if you're ever in this neck of the woods! Hey dolls! I decided to start a new series on our blog called Feature Friday, where we feature our friends, whether it's for their style, their blogs, or anything cool they're doing that's worth recognizing! So for our very first feature I've chosen DESIGNERSWAP.CA!

It's a fashion blog run by two of my beautiful friends Anh and Linh Pham (they're sisters too!). They do many different types of posts: OOTDS, tips and trends, how to's, style guides and much more! I LOVE their blog. The photography is impeccable and their style is on point! It's also very organized, which of course is important when running a blog.

Event | Opening of Parloque with Flare Magazine

Hey guys!! Last week we went to the opening of an awesome new boutique downtown called Parloque. This event was held by Flare Magazine and we were so excited to be there! We were so in love with the layout of the store and the way the brands were organized. With a women's section in the front and a separate men's room in the back, all of the items were organized by designer and made it very easy to shop. What we also loved was that there were only a few items by each designer. This made shopping simple, and demonstrated how selective they were with what they chose to display and sell.
